These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website mostusedwords.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered through it. By placing an order or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

The Site is operated by M.U.W. Edu Media & Publishing Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 490009 ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Products

We sell language-learning materials, including digital downloads (ebooks, PDF word lists) and physical books. Product descriptions, including language, level, and format, are set out on each product page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

By completing checkout you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion. Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in the currency indicated and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Digital Products

Digital products (ebooks, PDFs, and similar downloads) are delivered electronically. By purchasing a digital product you expressly request that delivery begin immediately upon payment confirmation and you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once the download has commenced. If you experience a technical problem preventing access to your download, contact us within 30 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

5. Physical Products

Physical books are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and shipped worldwide. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy, available on the Site, forms part of these Terms. For physical products you may return undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, excluding return shipping costs. For digital products, refunds are available at our discretion where a technical fault prevents access; we do not issue refunds where the product has been successfully downloaded and accessed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, word lists, covers, graphics, and compilations — is the property of M.U.W. Edu Media & Publishing Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use purchased materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without permission; or (e) resell or redistribute our digital content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representation that language materials are suitable for any particular purpose or examination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, M.U.W. Edu Media & Publishing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
