Terms of Service — MostUsedWords App

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MostUsedWords
web application and, where available, mobile applications ("the App").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do
not use the App.
These Terms apply to the MostUsedWords App only and not to the
MostUsedWords webshop or any other products on this website.
1. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any
applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App — via
web browser, and via mobile app on devices you own or control where
available — for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at
info@muw-edu.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Pricing
- Monthly subscription: €29.95 per month
- Yearly subscription: €199.95 per year
- Lifetime access: €599.95 (one-time purchase)

Web purchases (mostusedwords.com / get-app.mostusedwords.com)
Purchases made through our website are processed by Paddle Payments
Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles
billing, invoicing, and payment support on our behalf. Your receipt
and any billing correspondence will come from Paddle, not from
M.U.W. EDU MEDIA & PUBLISHING LTD. Monthly and yearly subscriptions
are auto-renewing and billed by Paddle until cancelled. Refunds for
web purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
App Store / Google Play purchases (when available)
Where the App is offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play
Store, payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at
confirmation of purchase, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, and refund
requests are subject to Apple's or Google's own refund policies — we
do not process those refunds directly. You can restore a previous
App Store/Google Play purchase using the "Restore purchases" button
on the subscription screen.
Cancellation
Web subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account
settings. App Store/Google Play subscriptions are cancelled through
your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes
effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access
until that date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent subscription checks
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
5. Intellectual property
All content in the App — including flashcard data, audio
pronunciations, design, and software — is owned by M.U.W. EDU MEDIA & PUBLISHING LTD or
licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual
property rights to you.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express
or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the
App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be
corrected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M.U.W. EDU MEDIA & PUBLISHING LTD shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the
possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim
arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the
amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings screen. Upon
termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without
regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by
updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after
changes constitutes acceptance.
