This Shipping Policy applies to physical book orders placed on mostusedwords.com, operated by M.U.W. Edu Media & Publishing Ltd (HE 490009, Republic of Cyprus).

Digital Products

Digital products (ebooks, PDF downloads) are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. No shipping applies. Download links are sent immediately upon payment confirmation.

Physical Books — Production Time

Our physical books are produced on demand by our print partner. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the print facility.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. They do not include production time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for information before placing your order if you have concerns.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 7 additional business days, please contact us at info@muw-edu.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the shipment is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot redirect it, and re-shipment costs for returned undeliverable packages will be charged to the customer.
