REFUND POLICY

1. MERCHANT OF RECORD

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and provides customer service inquiries regarding billing and returns.

3. RETURNS (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

Our policy for physical goods (such as paperbacks or hardcovers) lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Paddle Transaction ID).

Non-returnable physical items:

  • Gift cards

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us at info@MUW-EDU.COM for the correct return shipping address before sending any items.


4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

In accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and EU consumer protection laws, the following rules apply to digital content (E-books, PDF dictionaries, and software):

 

  • Statutory Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

     

  • Waiver of Right: By downloading, streaming, or otherwise accessing the digital content, you express consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has begun.

  • Final Sale: Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, all sales are final unless the product is faulty or not as described.


5. REFUND PROCESS

If you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Request: Please contact us at info@MUW-EDU.COM or reach out to Paddle support at paddle.net.

  2. Approval: Once your refund is approved, Paddle will process the credit back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  3. Timeline: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact Paddle support or us at info@MUW-EDU.COM.

7. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a physical item for the same product, please send us an email at info@MUW-EDU.COM.
